About Us
The Principal of the firm is Adrian Power-Kelly, a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with circa 40 years professional experience in all aspects of property consultancy,
acquisitions, disposals, commercial rates liability and property management.
Adrian is a former Chairman of both the Young Chartered Surveyors and the General Practice Division of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, and is currently a serving member on the General Practice Divisional Committee of the Society.
In addition, he is a part time lecturer in Advanced and Statutory Valuations for the Society, a Panel Chairman for the Society’s Assessment of Professional Competence and was a founder member of both the Association of Rating Consultants and the Valuation Office/Rating Consultants Forum.
Adrian’s qualifications include:
• Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors.
• Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
• Member of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association.
• RICS Registered Valuer and Regulated by RICS.
• PSRA Licence number 002205.
